What are your prices?

Prices start at $2800 and up. We may occasionally have some guitars for sale for less, which will be shared on Instagram and on our site here, and are sold on a first come-first serve basis.

Do you really make everything by hand?

Pretty much. We don’t use pre-routed or pre-shaped wood components, because we like being able to source our own wood, and because we feel like we can control more of the process this way. We like doing things by hand.

How can I purchase?

Call me, text me, email me! It’s much easier than setting up an online storefront, and we like talking to the players first :)

Can I find your guitars in a store?

Yes! You can find a small selection at Music Villa in Bozeman.

Where can I hear demos of your guitars?

We share them on our YouTube page. You can also hear some clips on our Instagram: @elizabethguitarco.

How do I place a custom order?

Regretfully, not a thing at this time. When we have a custom order on our bench, we find it impossible to both physically and mentally clock out of work, so customs are taking a backseat for now. The closest we’ll likely get is tweaking an in-process build for you. If you see something we’re working on and you like it, you can always reach out to us. We can then discuss placing a hold on it for you and getting your input for the rest of the build (within reason). 

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping to the lower 48 US states is included in your original guitar purchase. International shipping is not available - sorry! 

Shipping discounts are happily made to anyone who stops by our shop to buy a guitar in person. *Please note we do not have regular business hours since our shop is also our home - send us a message before to set up a time to come out. 

What is your warranty?

Shipping for approved warranty repairs is covered for the first 2 years. After that time shipping costs will be paid by the customer. 

Return policy?

When you order a guitar from us, we want you to love it. Keep it for a week and make sure you love it. If not, send it back to us for a refund minus the cost of shipping. *Please be sure to return all of the case items originally included with the guitar or you will get a very disappointed phone call from Liz. 

Do you have any merch?

Wow thanks for asking. The answer is: sometimes! You’ll have to stop by the shop or keep up with my instagram for that though.
